A show plot completed for our client, who is offering 14 high end 4-5 detached houses.

The show plot completed in our very popular Line N Mineral Green door, finished in an anti-fingerprint EasyTouch coating, which offers a great premium feel to the door. We matched this with the Bergamo Oak wood affect door for the wall units, to bring further warmth to the room. The aim of the show plot was to great a “wow” kitchen that showcased the overall room which offers open plan living including dining and snug area.

Kitchen completed with Calacatta Gold worktop, integrated line n handle lighting, and wall lighting, along with AEG appliances on show and behind the door.

Not only was this site offering high end finishes and kitchens, we also offered a bespoke service to all customers who wanted. Allowing each client to change their kitchen to their preference, from colours of doors and worktops, to the appliances required, and in some cases (depending on site build) the kitchen layout. We found this service was required for the customers purchasing these houses, and currently with 6 houses complete, it has worked very well and offered something that the client would usually not have access to.
